With a multitude of double serrations along its 9″ blade, this Wusthof Bread Knife is perfect for cutting slices from crusty home-baked bread, and ideal for softer, shop-bought loaves too. And of course, the long serrated blade is great for cutting through cabbage to make coleslaw, kimchi or home-made sauerkraut. It’s the serrations within the serrations that make the difference, giving a very precise, smooth cut without any crushing or tearing.
