Ever wondered how professional bakers create impressive topsy turvy cake towers? Well, the secret’s all in these heavy-duty, silver anodised aluminium tins that give you an entirely new angle on baking.
Cleverly, they have a leg that holds the tins level in the oven and, as they offer such fantastic heat distribution with no hotspots, they turn out perfect sponges with sloped tops, all ready for stacking with absolutely no carving required. Easy. Then comes the fun part, dreaming up exciting themes for your angled cakes… we love them!
Made from non-reactive anodised aluminium that’s free from BPA, PFOA and PTFE, these strong and durable pans build up a natural patina so the more you use them, the more non-stick they become, making them easy to use and clean. Oven safe up to 230°C and with an even wall thickness and seamless construction, your cakes will be evenly baked and perfectly shaped with smooth, straight sides and clean, sharp edges.
