Inside this tin (or masala dabba, as such spice tins are traditionally known in India) you’ll find a carefully selected range of nine aromatic spice blends and rubs to help you create a huge range of delicious meals from around the world. Put together by the Spice Kitchen’s founder, Shashi, each blend draws upon generations of knowledge and her own 60 years of cooking experience to make it easy for you to create authentic Indian and Sri Lankan curries, Chinese stir-fries, Moroccan tagines, Jamaican jerk chicken and so much more.

Along with seven little stainless steel spice tins, inside the large tin you’ll find a spice spoon and 20g each of the following nine spice blends:

A mother and son team, the Spice Kitchen has one goal: to honour their Indian heritage and make their ancestors proud – with spice!
