At first glance the Joseph Joseph Slice & Sharpen is ‘just’ a good-sized, knife-friendly, double sided, non-slip polypropylene chopping board with a sensible handle – but then we realised that inside the handle is a perfectly angled V-shaped knife sharpener to keep our favourite blades in tiptop condition.
The ceramic sharpener is ideal for quickly sharpening knives before you use them and due to the non-slip rubber edge on the board it won’t slip as you sharpen. Hands went up all over the room to be the first in line to have one!
