The knives are solidly made from stainless steel with a sharp full tang blade, and their ergonomic handles are made from durable, warm-to-the-touch mango wood.
The shabby chic, cylindrical steel knife block that they slot into is made from reclaimed steel, galvanised to give it a truly rugged look and protect the base metal from all your kitchen can throw at it. The polished knife blades and their fine cutting edges are protected by round-edged plastic lips on each of the slots, and the knife block is weighted to prevent it tipping over as you take a knife to begin your prep.
