Coffee experts Barista & Co tested hundreds of filters to find one that worked best with cafetière or filter-coffee size grounds – allowing coffee to ‘bloom’ in the filter and extract the most flavour without letting the grounds into your brew. Now all you have to do is fill your coffee infuser, close it securely and place it in your mug. Then pour in boiling water, stir and leave for 4 minutes before removing. Hey Presto!
