Just press your chosen cutter into your rolled-out icing or sugar paste – the spring-loaded mechanism lets you stamp the embossed design into the surface of your cut-out shape – and then, no matter how small the shape, you can push out the results with ease. You can use a single colour for super-speedy results, or place small amounts of an accent colour into the mould before pressing out the shape.
